Tecnòpolis is hosting a meeting to review the progress of the Casaralta District project, one of the city’s main urban regeneration initiatives. The area of the former Officine Casaralta, once a large industrial complex, is being transformed with new housing, services, and extensive public spaces.
During the meeting, the project for the new urban park and public parking areas was presented—key elements of the redevelopment plan: over 30,000 square meters of open spaces designed to connect the neighborhood, encourage pedestrian and cycling mobility, and provide new areas for socializing, play, and well-being.
A project that brings together sustainability, quality of public space, and the memory of the place.
