Residenze Saliceto
The new residences on Via di Saliceto are located in the area that once housed the former Ex-Alstom industrial complex, now the subject of a major urban regeneration project. Set within a well-maintained and fully equipped green environment, they are just a few minutes from the historic center of Bologna, in a strategic and well-connected location.
The building, defined by contemporary and essential lines, incorporates photovoltaic and solar systems on its flat roof, combining energy efficiency with architectural quality. The project blends harmoniously into a modern urban setting, where functionality and aesthetics interact in balanced dialogue.
The urban redevelopment project designed by Open Project has created a new residential space that enhances the site’s historical memory while projecting it toward a sustainable and contemporary dimension.
The building’s composition is characterized by modern architecture with a rationalist and linear design, featuring large balconies that extend along the entire perimeter. The railings, made of transparent glass, enhance the building’s clean design and maximize natural light within the interiors, offering visual continuity with the surrounding environment.
