FAAC Workspace

The historical automation company renews its image and gives a new look to its offices, responding to the needs of a changed working environment and communication needs of the brand. The desire to renew the workspaces, currently characterized by a traditional layout of closed spaces along a corridor, aims to improve the well-being of its users, a collaboration between the staff and the livability of the workspaces. 

The project entails the layout of the workspaces that respond to the different needs of the users: informal areas for team work, closed offices, the flexibility to cluster spaces for various departments, meeting rooms and private booths. The design guarantees a high level of flexibility: it responds to current demands but leaves rooms for future adjustments. 

The new offices become a means of communication, a manifestation of the new language of FAAC: the company mission is materialized in the workspaces through the use of natural colors and finishes, the presence of greenery, the integration of art and wall graphics that are aligned with the new company guidelines.
