On Tuesday 19 May, we will be hosting the event organised by Architecture Insights at our headquarters:

Residential and investment: how timescales, costs and value are evolving in contemporary projects

In the contemporary residential market, the quality of a project is increasingly measured by its ability to balance three key factors: the actual quality of the final product, control over construction timescales and costs, and the alignment of supply with the real needs of demand.
In a context marked by growing regulatory complexity, price volatility, greater focus on housing quality and changing demand patterns, the construction system is no longer merely a technical choice, but one of the elements that influence the overall approach to the project and its long-term sustainability.
Today, innovation in construction processes and operational models is redefining the logic of property development. The ability to work with more integrated, controlled and predictive approaches makes it possible to reduce uncertainty, improve planning, simplify coordination between the various stages of the process and increase the overall efficiency of the project. From this perspective, off-site construction models also raise important questions regarding the relationship between construction quality, site schedules, management of unforeseen events and construction safety.
Similarly, the growing focus on high-performance, sustainable buildings that align with ESG criteria is
changing the way projects are assessed, both during the development phase and when they are brought to market, helping to redefine the very concept of value in
the residential sector.
The event offers a discussion on property development, design and construction innovation, with the aim of providing investors, developers, designers, architects and institutional stakeholders with up-to-date insights, practical tools and strategic ideas to interpret the changes taking place and address the evolution of housing demand in a more informed manner.
