We are delighted to announce the completion of the process leading to the award of Gender Equality Certification, a significant milestone that will reinforce our concrete commitment to promoting an inclusive, fair and people-centred working environment.
This process forms part of our sustainability and social responsibility strategy and involves the adoption of a structured system for monitoring and continuously improving company policies on equal opportunities, inclusion, professional development, work-life balance and talent development. The certification is based on the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard, which defines specific indicators and assessment criteria relating to corporate culture, governance, HR processes, growth opportunities, pay equity and parental support.
